Senior Hardware Engineer:
Responsible for the design, development, and ongoing support of wideband analog and high definition (HD) digital video routers and terminal equipment.

This ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
• Be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Have at least 5 years experience with mixed signal circuit design.
• Have experience with Altera FPGA design and development
• Have experience with OrCAD schematic and layout tools.
• Have experience designing television broadcast and/or presentation video equipment.
• Have experience with embedded systems and microcontroller system design. (Intel Xscale, Microchip PIC, Motorola 680x0).
• Have experience with systems engineering.

The following requirements are a definite plus:
• Experience with designing high-speed (~1.5 to 3Gb/sec) data
• Experience in communications equipment.
• Experience with wideband analog design (up to 450 MHz).
• Experience with TCP/IP control and networking
• Experience with data compression and/or video over IP
• Experience with 3D modeling of RF connectors and PCB layouts. (Sonnet, Microwave Studio etc.)
• Experience with C/C++ programming

Western Regional Sales Manager:

Kramer Electronics is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for managing Kramer’s western region accounts. The successful candidate will manage sales relationships within the territory dealer base, identify and pursue new dealers as deemed strategically important to the territory, provide general product and new product training to the dealerships and generally perform all necessary sales related support in the territory. Extensive travel in the territory and for national tradeshows and meetings is required.
